COMMUNICATION
IS THE KEY
For us, communication is everything. We will always keep you updated on all revisions and adjustments to your contracts, so you can feel like you always know what is happening. Email is our preferred method of communication so that all files can be saved in one place to provide simplicity and organization. We are happy to jump on a call or a Skype meeting if you ever feel like you need clarification on any aspect of your event, or if you just need some friendly and objective advice.

EVENT CUSTOMIZATION
You can be as involved in the planning process as you like; we can take over all communication for you and attend meetings on your behalf, or you can choose to be looped in for the entire process — the choice is yours and we are happy to accommodate whichever arrangements you feel most comfortable with.

We invite you into our office for a consultation over lattes to get to know you. We place great importance on the value of personal connection and are excited to hear all about your love story and the particulars of your special event.

THE INITIAL DATE WITH US
On your big day, you won’t have to lift a finger or have one worrying thought knowing you have the Diana Pires Events team on your side. We will be onsite from the beginning of your set up to ensure your vision is executed to its fullest potential. Our team will take care of every little detail prior to and on the event day so that all you have to do is take in the moment and enjoy every bit of it.
