For us, communication is everything. We will always keep you updated on all revisions and adjustments to your contracts, so you can feel like you always know what is happening. Email is our preferred method of communication so that all files can be saved in one place to provide simplicity and organization. We are happy to jump on a call or a Skype meeting if you ever feel like you need clarification on any aspect of your event, or if you just need some friendly and objective advice.
You can be as involved in the planning process as you like; we can take over all communication for you and attend meetings on your behalf, or you can choose to be looped in for the entire process — the choice is yours and we are happy to accommodate whichever arrangements you feel most comfortable with.
Once your design proposal is ready, we will meet with you to go over everything we’ve dreamed up for you and discuss how to bring it all to life.
