Sabrina & Zachary’s Fresh Summer Soirée

Hi Everyone!

We are so excited to share Sabrina & Zachary’s Wedding with you all – it was such a pleasure working with them to bring their wedding vision to life and we just know you are going to love it as much as we do! There was so much heart put into this wedding; every little detail was well thought out and executed to perfection to create a completely cohesive design and overall experience for their guests to enjoy.

They were married at the beautiful St. Clare of Assisi Parish, and hosted their reception at the gorgeous Chateau Le Parc. Their reception started with a cocktail hour outside in the covered gazebo, featuring an oversized oval bar with 360 degree service for their guests to enjoy, and a completely customized seating display experience. We always love to infuse personal aspects of our clients’ personalities into their weddings, and we did this by curating their seating chart experience with multiple layered shelves and using real marble tiles that were carved by the groom to pay homage to his family business.

Sabrina & Zach are such a fun couple who really love to do things differently and embrace the unexpected. They wanted to incorporate pops of colour into their decor, so we infused different shades of peach, pastel blues, delicate yellows and crisp whites to keep the atmosphere fun & fresh. They wanted a unique floorplan, which we accomplished by creating a Tetris-inspired table layout featuring bars on either end of the room to ensure prompt service, and to top it all off, added a 44 ft long head table stage as the ultimate wow-factor in the room. The feature stage created an intimate dining experience for the couple, their bridal party and significant others to enjoy together, surrounded by all of their nearest and dearest.

It’s all in the details; Sabrina & Zach wanted to incorporate some of their favourite foods into their late night snack menu, such as sliders & french fries, which were presented to guests tearing up the dance floor in customized packaging featuring their tile print and monogram.

Throw in the live band, touching parent dances, and truly heartfelt speeches and anyone can see why Sabrina & Zach’s big day is not one we’ll soon forget.
