Veronica & Andrew’s Elegant Dream Wedding at Hotel X Toronto

We are so beyond excited to share with you all of the amazing details from Veronica & Andrew’s Wedding!

From the 5 star hotel, to the 5 star couple (and their 5 star vendor team), everything about this wedding was exquisite and seamless.

Veronica & Andrew have the kind of love you can feel just by being in the same room as them. They are such a great match and you can tell how much they care about not only each other, but all of their loved ones in every decision they made along their planning journey. They were really focused on guest experience and making sure their guests were taken care of throughout their wedding day. This manifested into a thousand small but impactful decisions, such as having a bottomless flavoured water station at their ceremony, comfortable guest chairs, live music throughout the night, and poured wine service throughout dinner to make sure there was never an empty glass in the room.

Our couple made one specific decision that we believe truly set the tone for the entire day for themselves, and that was deciding to get ready onsite at Hotel X. They booked both The Pearl and Bowtie rooms for the ladies and gentlemen to get ready in, which really allowed them to relax and enjoy the process with their loved ones without having to worry about timing, traffic, or refreshments the morning of. Everything was pre-arranged through the hotel, and because they were onsite, Andrew was even able to place an impromptu mimosa order the morning of! This allowed their expert photo & video teams to swiftly move between their rooms and take advantage of all the amazing locations available to them within the venue, while also allowing the couple to just soak in every moment and enjoy their preparations to the fullest.

Speaking of getting ready, let’s give a special mention to Veronica’s jaw-dropping gown! The Nicola, designed by the ever-talented Israeli designer Mira Zwillinger, looked as if it was truly made for her. It is a delicate fit and flare style that will always be timeless and romantic. The dress features the most delicate floral appliques, artfully placed to accentuate her silhouette; this dress is truly a work of art. To top it all off, Veronica paired her gown with a dramatic Cathedral-length veil to finish her ensemble. There was not a dry eye in the room watching her float down the aisle.

Veronica and Andrew wanted a classic, timeless and elegant wedding beyond their wildest dreams. They envisioned a white on white oasis that was beautiful and unique. We see white weddings all the time but it takes a certain flair to make it unique to each couple. All white weddings are timeless and we elevated the look in a number of ways for them: from using a touch of black for that modern feel, to incorporating deconstructed florals to add visual interest. Together with Rachel A. Clingen’s amazing team, we infused white florals with minimal greenery, life-sized white cherry blossom trees, white floral focal pieces growing up from the ground, accents of crystal & a room completely flooded in candlelight. Their guests were speechless; upon entering the space, they were serenaded by incredible live musicians to welcome them into the room. It was beyond romantic and truly spectacular!
